Hi Reader. You, as the human that you are, are uniquely different. And even better, you are constantly evolving. You are driven by different wants, needs and characteristics, and so live, lead and run your businesses differently from any other person. No one else does what you do in the way that you do it. Full stop.

What does this mean?

It means that you - my lovely matters. Who YOU ARE matters, where you come from matters, who you surround yourself with matters and how you support yourself and those around you matters. You have your own unique flavor as the being that you. You are a sovereign being.

Now listen, this is not about stroking your ego. You know deep inside of you that there is more to you than you realize. You know this. Otherwise why would you be here? This article today, is a call for you to rise as the sovereign being that you are. Don't let other people write your story.

Instead of waiting to be Defined by others, in this space you are in now, you become the Definer of your life. Instead of being 'interpreted' by others, you move to being 'sovereignly expressed'.

Speaking your truth earlier, more cleanly and more courageously. This is the result of the work we will do together. This is all made possible when you are clear on why you are here; and what your purpose and values are.

Why? Because those become the gauge to measure everything that you do, say and be. Not other people's definitions, but your definitions, guided by your true inner purpose, values and principles.

I have and continue to live this process as curriculum - and that's the mark that makes me a true teacher. It's not about teaching you how to be, it is a process of coaching you back to your true inner essence, and from that perspective, being able to express it clearly in all that you do, say and are being.

Your identity, the core of who you are matters even more deeply. Do you know who your ancestors were? Where they are from? How they grew up? How the era in which they grew up influenced who you are today.

The more you know you, the more that is inculcated into the way you live your life, the way you lead and the results that brings, the products and services you produce in your business. The more you know you, the more unique your products and services are, to those that you are creating them for. Your flavor is imbed in all that you do.

1. Are you happy with all areas of your life?
2. Is the way that you are leading, providing you the results you are looking for?
3. Are your producrs and services resonating with your audience? Sustainably?

The more you know, the more you can craft an identity that best suits your purpose. This is one of the paths we take in the Conscious Leadership~Lead from Within Mastery Program. You become the frequency itself, the core architecture of your throne.

I have spent decades in conscious devotion to purpose, through formal and informal studies, self-exploration and expansion. The knowledge that comes from knowing yourself inside and following that deep inner voice of truth to guide you in all that you do, is liberating.

It takes conscious, deliberate and intentional effort to honor who you are, your uniqueness, and evolution. What matters to you, your dreams and your identity, are all important aspects to your life.

If you have been or are currently being coached by me, you would have heard me say - "There is no-one else like you. Literally". And you are the only person who knows you, more than anyone else can ever know you.

This means you are the only one who can truly carve the path that you want to live, how you want to lead, and how you want to run your business.

Invest in the time that it takes to know yourself. You bring value in the way that only you can bring. Don't collapse in the longing for anyone's approval, but your own true Sovereign Self.

Don't fall into the category of wanting to be like other people - because then: Who becomes you; Who chaperones your visions and goals in the way that only you can? What then, is the purpose of your life?

Reader, your dreams matter, your goals matters. You have to be extremely devoted to Designing the life, the leadership and the business that is aligned to your evolving self.
